While the space is cozy, the food truly stands out for its quality and authenticity. The refried beans, made from scratch, are a perfect example of the genuine flavors of home-style Mexican cooking. Don’t let the "for rent" sign in the window fool you—this place is very much open and ready to serve you a fantastic meal. “ I walked into the diner on a hot summer morning to get breakfast for me and my significant other after visiting 2 other deli stores for breakfast, which were either closed or not serving food. I was greeting warmly by the waiter/ manager, who presented me with the menu. The menu items were tantalizing but not overwhelming, and was simple to navigate. I ordered 2 breakfast wraps. The food came out at the time the manager said it would. I went back home to enjoy the food with my partner, and I had noticed that her food order was missing a key item in the wrap. I called the store and the manager offered his sincerest apologies and was willing to deliver me a new one. I declined the delivery and chose to pick it up myself. When I had gotten there, I was prepared to give him tip for his kind, apologetic, and sincere efforts but he quickly refused my money. 5 star review for taking responsibility for the oversight of the restaurant and for taking the customer's concerns with importance and fairness. ”

“ The food isn't the best in the world but it's still really good, and the environment is what makes it a great. I visit this establishment every week and I can honestly say the burgers are what I come back for, cooled perfectly medium rare just how I like it. The staff is also very friendly, Pedro who is my regular waiter is very accommodating to my friends do we are treated well. All in all I have to give it a 5 star because it's such a nice local gem. ”
